PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of measurement by using a method of dynamic light scattering by a diluent of natural plasma regulated by a standard method of a biochemical analysis of blood, for determination of characteristic molecular parameters of plasma. SOLUTION: The light scattered in a solution of plasma to be inspected is received simultaneously by input parts of a first photodetector 5 and a second photodetector 9 and it is converted into analog signals and sent to first and second input parts of a signal multiplier 10. The signal multiplier 10 constitutes a two-channel correlation detector together with LPF 11. The signal after detection which is improved in S/N reaches an input part of a correlation unit 6 and an autocorrelation function of the degree of fluctuation of light scattering is computed therein. This fluctuation depends on a change with time of an optical density in the quantity of scattering set by a light beam of a laser light source 3, in a cuvette 4 holding the plasma. Data on a spectral density are transmitted from a Fourier transformation unit 7 to a microprocessor 8 and separation of a spectral nucleus and measurement of characteristic parameters thereof, i.e., diagnostic parameters thereof, are executed.
