A fiberglass laminate comprises fiberglass fabric impregnated with mixture of epoxy bisphenol A resin and 4,4'-diaminodiphenylsulfone, nickel acetylacetonate, and spherical particles having diameter of (10-8)-(10-7) m and including carboxylic acid-containing polymer of formula: ((-(CH2-CH=CH-CH2)-)k(CH2-CH(CN)-)m(CH2-CH(C6H5)-)n(CH2-C(CH3)(COOH)-))y (I). One or two sides of the fiberglass laminate is coated with metal foil. The fiberglass laminate contains 100 pts. wt. epoxy bisphenol A resin, 5-20 pts. wt. carboxylic acid-containing polymer, 20 pts. wt. 4,4'-diaminodiphenylsulfone, 170 pts. wt. fiberglass fabric and 1 pt. wt. nickel acetylacetonate.
