Аннотация:In this work, the effects of surface modifications on the luminescence performance of CNPs are discussed. This work focuses on the reaction of different aldehydes (formaldehyde, nonanal, furfural) with the surface functional groups of CNP. It is found that formaldehyde modification can effectively improve the luminescence performance of CNPs, giving them greater potential for optical applications such as fluorescent labeling and bioimaging. By comparatively analyzing the ultraviolet absorption, infrared absorption and fluorescence spectra of CNP before and after modification with different aldehydes, it was found that formaldehyde-modified CNP had a larger Stokes shift, indicating a higher energy transfer efficiency and better spectral separation, which enhanced the fluorescence effect. In contrast, the reduced Stokes shifts of CNP modified with nonanal and furfural may have reduced the luminescence efficiency of CNP and increased the interference in spectral detection and fluorescence imaging.
