- Аннотация: Pharmaceutical preparations based on lysozyme (the most widespread bacteriolytic enzyme) are applied against bacterial infections. Such preparations sometimes contain other active components, and we may have to separate them to analyze lysozyme activity. In this research, a pharmaceutical preparation is analyzed by means of preparative chromatography, protein determination and active lysozyme determination. This complex of methods allows us to determine lysozyme content and activity in case to control the quality of this preparation, which is complicated without separation of components of different chemical nature.
