Additional attention is paid to the principal differences between the NPO’s management, on the one hand, and the human resources development in the business corporations and public sector, on the other hand.
It is stressed in the course that staffing decisions are among the most important decisions that organizations make. The main aspects of the human resources management are being addressed, such as assessing personnel needs; formation and functioning of staff; attracting, selecting, recruiting and motivating personnel; performance management; deciding motivation issues, pay and remuneration; establishing effective collaboration.
