Аннотация доклада:
Irradiation of food on a radiation installation requires careful preparation of the process. The method and computer program "BEAM SCANNING" for food products radiation processing dosimetric control in the compact radiation technology installation (KRTU) "Raduga" are prоposed. The results of modeling experiments on irradiation of some food products carried out on installation are given in the work. The profiles of radiation doses are presented. The specificity of dose formation by an electron beam with an average energy of 5 MeV in spherical objects, having a water density is shown. One-sided and two-sided irradiation of objects under different methods of packing is considered.
