The authors suggest, along with the impact on the Earth and the solar activity GCR flux, take into account more the role and contribution of the solar-terrestrial relations endogenous activity of the Earth due to the gravitational influence on our planet from the moon, the sun and other planets in the solar system barycentric motion in the gravitational field of the Galaxy, as well as disturbances of the solar system as a whole from outside the processes and events near and far space. The work is presented in order of discussion for the development of a systematic and interdisciplinary study of solar-terrestrial relations, taking into account all the circumstances of the original global, affecting the Earth.
