The market for Health tourism is continuosly growing. he European resort system has different characteristics depending on the membership of a particular region. These differences affect both the local nuances of general resort of the country and on the structure and features to attract tourists. Thus, there is a need to assess regional differences in the development of the resort in order to increase the number of tourists coming to European resorts in order to get medical care. There are two main directions in the European health resort system. One branch is the Central-Eastern Europe, with its highly visible oriented to traditional medicine, the use of balneological procedures and general medical profile of stay on the resort. The second branch is represented in Western Europe, where resorts are focused on multi-use, including a wellness and entertainment program. In the context of globalization, this classification has undergone some changes. Future prospects Spa Treatment in Europe are directly related to the proper assessment of these transformations.
