The interaction of neutrinos with electron could be a promising probe for searching of the physics beyond the Standard Model. A variety of extensions of the theory leads to the presence of new so called non-standard interactions that modifies the cross-section of neutrino and electron. From the phenomenological point of view such interactions could be introduced as small additional terms for coupling constants. In the present study 7Be and pp electron recoil spectra of solar neutrinos were considered. It was shown that on the basis of the Phase 2 data of Borexino experiment record limits could be established.
