The exciton and charge caries dynamics in CdSe, Cd1-xMnxSe, and Cd1-xMnxSe / MV2+ systems was studied by the fs pump-probe laser spectroscopy technique. The excitation was carried out to the low-lying exciton transition 1S (e) - 1S (h) 3/2 band (red edge of the CdSe absorption). The coherent wave packet oscillations were revealed in transient kinetics of CdSe, Cd1-xMnxSe, and Cd1-xMnxSe / MV2+. Oscillations correspond to the optical phonon of 206 cm-1. Interfacial electron transfer from Cd1-xMnxSe to acceptor MV2+ occurs with time constant close to 100 fs.
