Аннотация доклада:
NOvA experiment was built to study oscillation parameters – mass hierarchy and CP-violation phase in the lepton sector – in the neutrino and antineutrino beams. New NOvA test bench was planned to construct at JINR. The main goal of this bench is to measure the NOvA scintillator properties namely α/β discrimination and Birk’s coefficients for protons and other hadrons (quenching factors). This knowledge will be crucial for recovering the energy of adronic part of primal neutrino interaction with scintillator’s nuclei.
