There are some ideas about the Earth's global seismic activity appearance due to tidal forces. At the same time, the correlations between the big series of the earthquakes and the New and Full and between the New and Full Moons and the increasings of the thermal neutrons' flux from the Earth's crust were observed. It is as though there are internal links between these three natural phenomena and the physical reasons for their appearance are the same. The paper presents the results of the ground-based thermal neutrons observations in seismic-active region of Pamir in 1995-1997 during the days of the New and Full Moon. Basing on the up-to-date conception of the tidal waves influence on the Earth's crust the authors confirm the role of the Moon in the production of the neutron flux near the Earth's surface.
