Аннотация доклада:
Metal/topological insulator interface studies are of huge importance for future spintronics development. We report the results of core-level and valence-band photoemission, as well as X-ray electron diffraction studies of the electronic and atomic structure of the Co/Bi2Se3 system. All the obtained data evidence the formation of cobalt selenide at the interface.
