The goals of the article are to explore the role, influence, and dynamics of informal leadership within organizational structures. The work included a comparative analysis of informal and formal leaders, identifying types of informal leaders, and examining case studies of organizations with strong informal leaders. The study highlights key behavioral indicators and categorizes informal leaders into distinct types. The author comes to the following conclusion: an informal leader can be a valuable asset to management if properly managed, fostering collaboration and productivity.
