The system of education as the transfer channel of knowledge, skills and values, needed to be observed from the perspective of the future. The main problem about predictions in education is the necessity of postulation of the determined ideal of future human and his/her features. We propose, that a set of personal characteristics is persistently changeable according to the interests of state, society and human himself. So, cultural, psychological, social and philosophical personal transformations occur and that has a huge impact on human being the subject of the system of education. The constant changes of reality brings multiple challenges towards the educational system In that case the meaning of the humanitarian knowledge becomes blur and needs to be clarified through the social practice. Many teachers all over the world should have been got ready to answer the question “Why?” long time ago. The management in education is to involve long-term predictions to maintain the human in his/her essence, when there are a lot of technical capabilities (for example, the improvement human cognitive abilities by means of unnatural methods). The structure of educational system being part of the huge bureaucracy matrix is also changing. Our actual presence requires the new net structure and our future will need even a situational structure working with certain cases and local educational challenges. Social prediction faces the variety of hardships which are difficult to grasp and describe in a proper terminology, because of the plural tendencies and diversity of social relations. But modern methodology of social prediction uses the quantitative and qualitative methods to create variable scenarios of future and versatile description of educational capabilities of the human of future.
