Organic electronics is a dynamically evolving sector of scientific and technical research. The production of state-of-the-art optoelectronic devices, characterized by low cost, lightweight, flexibility, and transparency, has become possible thanks to the use of organic materials. Compounds with anchor groups play a significant role in this field, as they enable the creation of stable and highly efficient organic electronic devices using solvent-based methods. In this research work, the method of obtaining new semiconductors with an anchor silazane group is discussed. It has been discovered that direct amination does not lead to the desired compounds. It is likely that a large amount of ammonia combined with chlorosilane hinders the formation of silazanes, especially in small amounts of reactants. A successful approach was found in the reaction of hydrosilylation of the semiconductor precursor with tetramethyldisilazane. The obtained materials turned out to be sufficiently stable in organic solvents and stood out in a separate state. Due to the polar properties of silazane groups, they form ordered layers on the water surface and exhibit high adhesion to various surfaces. They also possess reactivity and can be used to create various stable thin film devices.
