Штернберга, Москва Для объяснения наблюдаемых эффектов в суточном вращении Земли и в движении ее полюсов предлагается механизм воздействия нижней мантии на верхнюю мантию (включая литосферу и отдельные плиты) и медленных относительных движений основных оболочек Земли. Согласно развиваемой концепции (Баркин, 1996) оболочки Земли (включая отдельные плиты) являются несферичными неоднородными небесными телами, взаимодействующими друг с другом и с внешними небесными телами и совершающими медленные относительные движения. Важнейшее место здесь занимают медленные и малые смещения центров масс нижней и верхней мантии, а также их медленные относительные повороты. Указанные смещения проявляют себя в различных шкалах времени (от месяцев до миллионов лет), а их проявления весьма четко обнаруживаются как в закономерностях распределения геологических структур, так и во многих геодинамических процессах (Баркин, 1994,1998). Как следствие определенных смещений и наклонных поворотов обнаруживаются важные закономерности упорядоченного расположения центров плит, их тройных сочленений, горячих точек, систем разломов и трещиноватости , географических структур, месторождений полезных ископаемых и др. (Баркин, 1998,1999). На геологических интервалах времени медленные смещения оболочек приводят к наблюдаемым и взаимосвязанным вариациям процессов рифтогенеза, спрединга, субдукции, к изменениям уровня мирового океана, движению плит , формированию и распаду суперматериков и т.д. Смещения оболочек и сопровождающие их тектонические перераспределения масс определяют вариации компонент тензора инерции Земли и ее геопотенциала, которые в свою очередь приводят к вариациям ее осевого вращения и движения полюсов. Поскольку механизм указанных процессов и явлений является общим, то, естественно, все они должны обнаруживать взаимные корреляции (некоторые из которых подтверждены наблюдениями). Важнейшей особенностью указанных геодинамических процессов является их свойство инверсии по отношению к земным полусферам, вдоль линии центров которых происходят поступательно-возвратные смещения центров масс оболочек. Подобные смещения оболочек позволяют объяснить смены антисимметрии Земли и контрастного развития как системы Гондвана-Лавразия, так и западного и восточного полушарий (Божко, 1992). Предложенный механизм имеет аналогичные проявления и на сравнительно коротких интервалах времени в современную эпоху (в 20 веке). Нами предложено объяснение наблюдаемой инверсии в активности вулканизма зон субдукции и зон спрединга (Мехтиев, Халилов, 1987). Родственное объяснение получает явление зеркальности в активности сейсмического процесса в западном и восточном (северном и южном) полушариях Земли (Горькавый и др., 1994). Объяснены наблюдаемые особенности тренда вулканизма и сейсмичности в 20 веке и их временные связи с вариациями суточного вращения Земли и движения ее полюсов. Смещения оболочек и сопровождающие их тектонические перераспределения масс Земли приводят к вариациям вращения Земли и к согласованным с ними во времени проявлениями вулканизма, сейсмичности, вариациями уровня океана и др. Хотя последние явления вызваны непосредственным взаимодействием смещающихся оболочек Земли. Эксцентричность положений центров масс оболочек , их смещения и относительные повороты вызываются гравитационным взаимодействием друг с другом , а также с Луной и Солнцем в условиях быстровращающейся и прецессирующей Земли. Предложенный механизм объясняет все ранее замеченные согласованности во времени указанных процессов и вращения Земли и позволяет предсказать ряд новых. В частности наблюдаемое положительное ускорение суточного вращения Земли можно объяснить смещением центра масс нижней мантии из его эксцентричного современного положения по направлению к центру масс Земли. Что также хорошо согласуется с активизацией вулканизма зон субдукции в последние 150 лет. Предложенный механизм также позволяет объяснить некоторые иррегулярные наблюдаемые эффекты в смещении центра масс Земли, например, отклонение 1987-1988 годов (Rothacher, 1998) и связанное с ним резкое возрастание уровня океана (Nerem et. al., 1998) , и активизацию явления Эль Ниньо (Gershunov et. al., 1999), миграцию сейсмичности вдоль Тихоокеанского пояса в 1949-1960 годах (Кузнецов, Кейлис-Борок, 1997) и др. Barkin Sternberg Astronomical Institute, Moscow For explanation of the observed effects in the diurnal Earth rotation and its pole motion the mechanism of the action of the lower mantle on the upper mantle (including lithosphere and plates) and of the slow relative motion of the Earth envelopes is suggested. In accordance with new conception (Barkin, 1996) the Earth envelopes (including separate plates) are nonspherical, unhomogeneus celestial bodies, mutually interacting one to another and with Moon and Sun and execute slow relative motions. Slow and small displacements of the centers masses of the lower and upper mantles and their slow relative rotations have here the importantest meaning. These changes in envelopes positions are observed in different scales of time (from months to million years) and they are detected as in the planetary regularities of the geological structures, so and in the many geodynamic processes (Barkin, 1994, 1998). The important regularities of the ordered positions of the plate centres, of their triple junctions, hot spots, the systems of tranges and crackes, geographic structures, fields of fossils and oth. are observed as consequences of definite displacements and inclined rotations (Barkin, 1998, 1999). In geological intervals of time the slow motion of the envelopes cause the mutually connected variations of the processes of rifting, spreading, subduction, regressions and transgressions of the sea , of the plate motion, forming and break down of supercontinents and oth. Envelope motions and accompanied their tectonic mass redistribution definite variations of the components of inertia of the Earth and geopotential, which lead to variations of its diurnal rotation and pole motion. So as the mechanism is general for pointed processes, so, naturally, they must show mutual correlation (some from them are confirmed by observations). The important particularity of above-mentioned geodynamic processes is their property of inversion with respect to the Earth’s semi-spheres. The centers of masses of envelopes execute translational-rotational motions along the line of centers of these semi-spheres. Similar displacements of envelopes let to explain the observed changes of Earth’s anti symmetry and contrast geological developments as Gondvana - Lavrasia system and east and west semi-spheres of the Earth (Bojko, 1992). Suggested mechanism has similar effects and for comparatively short intervals of times in present epoch (in last 100 years). I’ve suggested the explanation of the observed inversion in the activity of the volcanism of the subduction zones and zones of spreading (Mehtiev, Halilov, 1987). The phenomenon of mirrorility in the seismic activity in the eastern and western (northern and southern) semi-spheres of the Earth (Gorkavyi et. al., 1994) has obtained similar explanation. The observed in the last 150 years particularity of the trend of the volcanism and seismisity and their correlation with variations of Earth diurnal rotation and its pole motion were confirmed and explained. Displacements of envelopes accompanied of tectonic mass redistribution lead to the Earth rotation variations and to correlated variations of the volcanism, seismisity, sea level and oth. Although the last phenomena are caused by direct interaction of the movable Earth’s envelopes. Eccentricity of center mass positions of envelopes, their displacements and relative rotations are generated by gravitational interaction one to another, and also with the Moon and Sun in conditions of the fast rotating and precessing Earth. Suggested mechanism explains all earlier noted correlation in the time of the above-mentioned processes and Earth rotation and let to predict and explain a set of the new correlation. In particular the observed positive acceleration of the Earth rotation can be explained by the definite displacement of the centre of mass of the lower mantle from its eccentric present position to the Earth center of masses. It is in accordance with general tendency of change of activity of volcanism of the subduction zones in the last 150 years. Suggested mechanism also let to explain some irregular observed effects in the displacement of the Earth center of mass, for example, deviation in 1987-1988 years (Rothacher, 1998) and connected with it big change of the sea level (Nerem et. al., 1998) and activity of El-Nino phenomenon (Gershunov et.al., 1999), migration of seismicity along Pacific belt in 1949-1960 years (Kuznezov, Keilis-Borok, 1997) and oth.
