Аннотация доклада:
Plastocyanin and cytochrome f are reaction partners in photosynthetic electron transport chain. They form transient protein-protein complex to pass an electron from the heme of cytochrome f to the copper atom of plastocyanin. We simulated the sequence of events of diffusion-controlled encounters of these proteins by Brownian and molecular dynamics methods and revealed intermediate stages by cluster analysis.
