Recently proposed Gas Pixel Detectors have many advantages including particle track reconstruction on a front-end level in about 1 µs already for one layer of the detector. The only problem is an exact knowledge of particle arriving time. The problem can be solved by additional silicon pixels implementation inside existed electronic chip epitaxial layer during regular chip production. The cost of new Si-Gas Pixel Detector remains practically the same. These detectors will have self-triggering properties, which can be used as a first level trigger in the particle physics experiments and other applications.
