Analysis of data of a worldwide neutron monitor network has revealed substantial increase of an annual variation of cosmic ray flux in the last four years (2010-2013). The variation is present on many stations, beginning at South Pole up to Thule and Barentsburg including also low and middle latitude stations like Tsumeb, Potchefstroom, Mexico, Rome, Beijing and many others. Superimpose method was used to derive it. There is common phase of the variation on these stations: cosmic rays decreasing is at May-July period and varies ~ 1-2 % on the different stations. Annual wave with the amplitude of about 1.5% for 2011-2013 was revealed in variations of the cosmic rays density with rigidity of 10 GV obtained by using the global survey method. Annual variation of some parameters of interplanetary magnetic field with the same phase is present at the same time. Two possible sources of the variations are suggested: solar activity and heliosphere. Due to extended analysis of full neutron monitor data annual variation was also found in 1973-1976 period. Variation is absent between 1976 and 2010. Periods 1973-76 and 2010-13 years are rise phase of solar activity.
