Theoretical models of the radiation belts (RB) involve coefficients DLL of radial transport of the particles toward the Earth. These coefficients finded in a different ways, both purely theoretically and experimentally. Here DLL find on averaged experimental data about the fluxes of RB ions near the equatorial plane during quiet magnetosphere by means of new method. For that are used a diffusion equation for RB ions taking into account their loss (Coulomb loss and charge exchandge). As a result we found that for particles with different moments (within from ~0.3 to ~3 keV/nT) dependences DLL(L) essentially different. With decreasing L from ~8 to ~2 values DLL continuously decreasing but functions DLL(L) essentially different from power law as it believed in the theory.
