Using the equations of motion of thin moment elastic shells of constant thickness with an arbitrary median surface obtained in [20], the corresponding equations of axisymmetric and plane motion for an isotropic moment circular cylindrical shell in forces and "displacements" (kinematic parameters) are constructed. In this case, the metric of the median surface with the longitudinal and angular components of the standard cylindrical coordinate system is used. As a result, a system of twelve equations is obtained, including the equations of motion in forces and the corresponding physical relations. To proceed to the equations of axisymmetric motion, we assume that the desired functions do not depend on the angular coordinate, and when considering plane motion, we assume that the desired functions do not depend on the longitudinal coordinate. At the same time, the number of equations and unknowns is reduced.
