In this paper we propose a rigorous mathe- matical treatment of control problems for teams of controlled motions. Each member of the team is described by second-order dynamics. The proposed scheme is directed at solving problems of output feedback target control. For linear-convex systems such problems may be solved completely — from theory to computation. In the nonlinear case this may be reached for fairly broad classes of systems. The solution methods rely on nonlinear analysis, set-valued calculus and Hamiltonian techniques for dynamic processes, including their matrix version applicable to large dimensions.
