High momentum components of wave functions and two-nucleon short-range correlations (SRC) for the lightest nuclei with A=2 and 3 are studied within the dibaryon model for 2N and 3N forces [1]. This model accounts for a possibility of an intermediate six-quark (dibaryon) state formation in two-nucleon system at short distances. We evaluate the SRC probability for the deuteron and calculate the universal two-nucleon wave functions for the spin-triplet and spin-singlet channels which define the high-momentum ‘asymptotics’ in two-nucleon momentum distributions for heavier nuclei. Momentum distributions for A=3 nuclei are found from ab initio variational calculations in the three-body Gaussian basis. The momentum distributions for 3He and 3H nuclei calculated within the dibaryon model are compared with those found with the conventional meson-exchange nuclear forces. The results obtained are interpreted in view of the recent (e,e’) experiments [2] which allowed to extract, in particular, the ratio of pp to np SRC-pairs for the above nuclei.
