Аннотация доклада:
The novel effective strains of L. lactis subsp. lactis with a broad spectrum of antibacterial and fungicidal activity were obtained. That is a rare biological property for the strains of this species, which have status “GRAS” (absolutely harmless for human health and animals). It was revealed that the strains are able to produce antibiotic-like complex, consisting of components which may represent novel biologically active substances effective against potential pathogens. So these strains can be considered as potential probiotic cultures.
