Since the seventies of the last century, interest of scientists aims at investigation of structure, mechanisms of action, enzymological properties and pharmacokinetics of bacteriophage lytic enzymes (phage endolysines, lysines), which may be regarded as a fundamentally new type of antibacterials. Keeping of the conservation of the antimicrobial activity of these biocatalysts can be achieved by obtaining nanozymes (complexes of phage lysines with polymers). In this study, bacteriolytic nanozymes of the enzymes LysK and PlyC were obtained and characterized. LysK enzyme is active to Staphylococcus aureus cells, PlyC enzyne can lyse Streptococcus pyogenes cells. Bacteriolytic nanozymes of LysK and PlyC enzymes possess good stability at storage conditions, low cytotoxicity, and high ellectivity of lysis of cell cultures.
