Аннотация доклада:
The electrochemical behavior of new organic lipophilic Pt(IV) complexes, namely, cis-[bis-nitroxyethyl isonicotinamide-N]tetrachloride platinum(IV) (1) and e-amine-d-(4-amino-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine-1-oxyl)-a,f-bis(octanoato)-b,c-dichloroplatinum(IV) (2) was investigated in DMSO and MeCN solutions on Pt, Au and glassy carbon electrodes by cyclic (CVA) and square-wave voltammetry (SWVA). The results of the electrochemical studies were compared with those for a wide-spreaded drug cisplatin (Pt(NH3)2Cl2), and, for 2, with the stable free radical 4-acetylamino-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine 1-oxyl (3) which electrochemical properties occurred to by similar to the aminonitroxyl moiety of 2.
