Different psychological methods of functional state’s management are used for supporting the optimal level of work efficiency and work state. Among them - state’s management programs based on means of state’s self-regulation - inner psychological means that are created and used by a subject in order to regulate (to manage) his psychophisiological processes and psychological states. The main practical advantage of self-regulation techniques is the possibility of their application by a person (1) without any additional help from others and (2) at any time and in any place where and when it is necessary, including work surroundings and work situations. The experimental results of comparison of several functional state’s management programs will be presented. The programs were elaborated on the base of several self-regulation techniques, like progressive relaxation, imagination and autogenic training, combined with parallel review of audio-visual films. Possibilities of the programs implementation in work process for different occupational groups are discussed.
