Аннотация доклада:
The recognition of DNA-like phosphorylated polystyrene resins (PSP) by antiDNA antibodies is dependent on the level of the substitution of phosphate groups. To ascertain experimentally the structure of the PSP binding sires we proposed to use ionenes as molecular probes. Two distances between positive charges in ionenes molecules are fixed and repeated along the chains.
