The project envisages the development of a number of technical solutions to ensure resistance of various electronic equipment to high-shock effects based on the known technical method - ensuring maximum navigate displacement of the structure elements exposed to severe shock. This technique makes it possible to reduce the load on the components considerably and provide shock resistance. Resistance is ensured at various levels, from individual design boards to functional units. The technical solution is based on the use of a well-known and cheap material, earlier not used as such, which allows one to carry out the initial stage of development of the new technology and provide fast entering the market. The peculiarity of the proposed technology is that providing high shock resistance, the damping material does not prevent complete disassembly and assembly of the product, allowing full repair up to the replacement of industrial electronic components to be made. The authors carried out the necessary preliminary tests of the samples of the new damping material, produced and tested the samples of shock resistant electronics, optimized the design and technology of the assembly, the equipment was tested for shock resistance with high intensity shock effects (up to 1000 g) of long duration (up to 100 ms). The prototypes of the equipment after testing were completely disassembled, repaired, then assembled and put into operation again, showing different levels of serviceability and efficiency of the proposed technical solutions. Some technical solutions were granted patents on the territory of Russia.
