Аннотация доклада:
An analytical expression is deduced for effective lumped specific series resistance of (n-p)Si solar cell with antireflection coating of Transparent Conducting Oxide (TCO) and current collecting bars contacting to TCO, which takes into account the existence of contact resistance at TCO/Si interface as well as other solar cell parameters, namely, the sheet resistances of TCO and n+ layer, distance between the bars and their width.
