The features of crystal structure of phosphors Y3Al 5O12:Ce3+/Lu2O3(Lu2O3:Ce3+) obtained colloid-chemical method have been studied by means of neutron diffraction at room temperature and those structural and luminescence properties as function of method Lu2 O3 doping studies have been performed. The studies were shown that for samples obtained in on equilibrium conditions are characterised by the Stokes shift and high intensity of luminescence. This fact has been caused by disordering of crystal structure due stable associate-defects forming.
