The project provides the creation of a diagnostic system for high-speed detection of metal products and constructions on the basis a scanning measuring instrument of coercive force (“scanning coercive meter”) which provides the diagnostic of the products made of ferromagnetic materials – the determination of the structure, hardness, stressed-strained state of the products based on the predetermined correlation dependencies between the coercive force and controllable parameters of the material. Compared with the known technical solutions the proposed complex will allow monitoring of the products at high speed, to obtain the data on the state of the material in long products, as well as the products with a developed surface.
