We present a study of the X1.5 solar flare occurred in the AR 10314 and followed by a partial halo CME. Our main target was to find characteristic parameters associated with pre-CME and CME phase.A special attention is devoted to parameters obtained from chromospheric observations. We analyzed H spectra and H slit-jaw images from the Ondřejov Multichannel Flare Spectrograph observed with a high temporal resolution. Comparison of the H shift and the HXR data revealed that before the CME onset the each injection of accelerated particles to chromosphere was followed by upward mass motions with delay about 45 seconds. We did not find significant value of H shift that could be associated with Moreton wave velocities during ejection phase. The all values of the H blue shift corresponded to evaporation process. Thus the role of chromosphere in CME preparatory phase was to increase the amount of the mass above the flare region which was then released by the CME.
