We present the main results of our long-term study of ionized gas kinematics in several nearby dwarf galaxies: IC 1613, IC 10, VII Zw 403, Holmberg II and some preliminary results for IC 2574. All the data are obtained using a scanning Fabry-Perot interferometer in H-alpha and [SII] lines with the 6-m telescope of the SAO RAS. These data allowed us to study the detailed local kinematics of ionized gas in regions of recent star formation where the influence of supernovae and stellar wind of massive stars to ISM is most evident. Archival data of VLA 21cm line observations were used to compare the structure and kinematics of ionized and neutral gas in the galaxies. One of the main results of our work was the explanation of the observed complexes of arcs, shells and supershells nature as the result of stellar feedback.
