In this study, we investigated the influence of doping with copper on the thermoelectrical properties at 77<T<330K and concentration of holes (using Shubnikov–de Haas effect) in Sb2-xCuxTe3 (0≤x≤0.1) single crystals and the influence of doping with copper on electron paramagnetic resonance of p-Sb2–xCuxTe3 single crystals. EPR measurements show that the copper atoms in the studied samples are most likely in the spinless Cu+1 state.
