In the framework of the Standard Model we present a new theoretical predictions for partial widths, double and single differential distributions for four-leptonic decays of B_d - mesons. We consider the contributions of ω(782) and ρ(770) - resonances, vector charmonium resonances contributions, non-resonance contribution of the bb¯ - pairs, leading contribution of “weak annihilation” and bremsstrahlung.
