Аннотация доклада:
In our work the magnetic properties of single-crystal topological insulator Bi2Fe0.128Te2.844Se0.145 using SQUID magnetometer have studied. Magnetic properties shows the picture typical for spin glass, Magnetic moment of Fe ion at 4.2 K is equal to 0.057 Bors magneton that's very small. It points to absence of long-range magnetic ordering between Fe ions and impossibility of the time reversal symmetry breaking at mentioned doping of Bi2Te3 topological insulator.
