Аннотация доклада:
Branch attraction, repulsion and swap errors could cause significant alterations in the results of phylogenetic reconstruction. Branch attraction is an event when two or more long branches get grouped incorrectly. We compared three different phylogeny reconstruction methods to identify their sustainability to branch attraction artifacts.
