The Late Albian-Early Cenomanian time was a very interesting event on the globigerinid historywhich was marked by the rapid evolution of the rotaliporids morphological group. All Late Albian-Cenomanian was polytaxic interval in phylogenetic line of planktonic foraminifers. The Cenomanian-Turonian boundary coincides with extinction of all rotaliporids. This interva is characterized by very low diversity, quantitative decrease of keeled forms, strong increase on the radiolarian/foraminiferal ratio.. Decrease of benthos and relatively high Corg corresponds to the Ocea anoxic event 2 (Global event!). This work was supported by RFBS grant No05-05-6517
