At this present moment, the BRICS countries are facing a number of challenges. First of all, the destabilization of the situation in Europe has led to increased tensions in the world and the destruction of traditional ties. Second, we are witnessing an increase in mutual mistrust related not only to armed conflicts, but also to the consequences of the pandemic. Third, stable trade and economic ties are collapsing, and the banking and financial system has shown its instability and dependence on the political situation. Under these conditions, we must use effective BRICS mechanisms: the new BRICS bank, the creation of a new system of bank payments, cooperation in creating high-tech zones and educational start-ups.
