Аннотация доклада:
English is used as an international language, on the one hand, and functions as the native tongue of a number of English-speaking communities, on the other. It is characterized by its conceptual basis as well as certain linguistic, cultural and conceptual world-view peculiarities. Cultural knowledge as the domain of cultural concepts representation helps to penetrate into the mechanisms of cultural and conceptual meaning transfer from one culture to another, which plays an important role in the linguistic educational process.
