Various methods are used to remove mercury from territories, but phytoextraction is the safest and greenest technology. However, the efficiency of this cleaning method for mercury is still not high enough. To solve this problem, researchers often use various chemical additives, the effectiveness of which depends on the level of pollution. To date, authors have been carried out many experimental works on phytoextraction of mercury for Trifolium repens L. with a wide variety of additives. However, it should be noted that an unambiguous strategy not has been found. In this work, we summarize the available experimental data with original algorithm for the analysis and visualization of a large array of data accumulated. The concentration of mercury, and additives species were taken into account in the presented study. As a result of a systematic analysis of the results of experiments using the tools of multivariate visualization of large data arrays in the form of various diagrams (bubble, line and petal), it was established a positive effect of monoethanolamine salt of thioacetic acid and sodium thiosulfate on phytoextraction of mercury and positive effect of phytohormone and iron chelate additives on the condition of plants. Also was established the pronounced positive effect of double-substituted sodium salt of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid on the phytoextraction of mercury simultaneously accompany by a destructive effect on the growth and development of plants. The oxyethylidene diphosphonic acid protect plants from the negative effects of mercury
