We consider a new classes of singularly perturbed initiall boundary value probles and periodic boundary value problems for reaction-advection-diffusion equations: Burgers type equations with quadratic and modular advection. We construct the interior layer type formal asymptotics and prove the existence of solution with an interior layer. The accuracy of its asymptotics and asymptotic stability of the periodic solutions are established. Conditions of blow-up of frons are also presented.
