The use of organic-inorganic hybrid materials (HM) should lead to an increase in the resistance of luminescent films to unfavorable environmental factors, in comparison with nominally pure metal-organic phosphors. Luminescent HM based thin films have been previously fabricated by vacuum thermal sputtering with subsequent laser treatment1.2. However, this method resulted in low mass transfer of very expensive metalorganic EL phosphor into the film. Liquid-phase methods such as dipping, spin-coating, and capillary deposition3,4 allow producing large area films with low cost
