Аннотация доклада:
The problem of treating infections caused by antibiotic-resistant strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae and characterized by a severe course, high mortality in the current period of the COVID-19 pandemic is especially urgent. Lactic acid bacteria (LAB) form bacteriocins of a peptide nature, considered as an alternative to antibiotics, as well as metabolites with a healing effect. The lactococcal vaccine provided the best protection against infection on a par with the injection vaccine, which con- firms its effectiveness against various forms of diseases caused by pneumococci.
