Аннотация доклада:
the goal of the presentation is not just on the issue of reaction of state and its institutions on pandemic, or intention to bring one more ethnographic report on Central Asia (the main scene of our talk). Here is meaning to make some philosophical and poetical or sensible and spiritual substances of this area (and other parts of Eurasia) to speak back to the current, mainly territorialized version of modernity (including modern version of university).
