The global movement towards tolerance has resulted in the increasing role of political correctness, which is reflected in various changes both in terminology and in everyday vocabulary and style. The growing awareness of human rights has produced numerous new attitudes (including purely linguistic ones) aimed at providing the population with health information and education.
