This report describes the problems of precision measurements of distance from LLR ground station to the lunar orbiter at Moon Lagrange point L2 in application of Chang’E-4 mission (launch in 2019). The required accuracy of ranging is not worse than 3 cm, and the angular position of the spacecraft (SC) is not worse than 0,001 arcsec. Here we report the issues about selection of spacecraft orbit and techniques of satellite laser ranging and VLBI measurements.
