When asked about language complexity different experts would have different opinions on their mind. In terms of language acquisition process, achieving or at least trying to maintain a particular level of complexity (lexical and syntactic) is one of the primary objectives let alone an inherent part of cognition. In this report we will discuss English for Specific Purposes (ESP) complexity from the perspective of communicative language teaching, in particular, development of writing skills as well as questions of transmitting those skills into professional field.
